Reservations 15 days or more before the tour - prepayment of 50% of the cost;
Reservations less than 14 days before the start of the tour - full 100% payment

The basis for cancellation of booking is a written application for termination of the contract, signed by the client in his own hand and sent to the e-mail address alexgiorgidze@gmail.com.

In case of cancellation of the paid booking on the initiative of the Company in force majeure circumstances, 100% of the money paid will be returned to the client.

In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the start of the tour the funds are returned with a penalty of 60% of the paid amount. For more than 72 hours - 30%.

Money refund to the customer is made in the same way as the booking payment,
Refund period from 2 to 30 working days depending on your bank, after starting the process of "canceling the tour".
