During the day we will visit one of the most progressive and designer wineries of Guiaani, whose history of wine began in 1894.
Here you will have an individual tasting with a sommelier. You will also learn about the characteristics of each variety, the techniques of making and the differences between the different types of wine.
Next we will go deep into the Caucasus region of Kakheti, no less famous winery Okros Wines, founded in 2004, which specializes in producing excellent natural wines from regional East Georgian grape varieties. All Okro's wines are produced according to traditional Georgian technologies, and the grapes are gathered organically, without chemical additives.
We will also visit a wine cellar in Sighnaghi, and for lunch we will stop at a Georgian family, where we will enjoy the home cooking of a hospitable hostess and the owner's own wines.
